By completing the health check, you agree that we may contact you in connection with the results and our services. You can opt out at any time by emailing support@perfectly.report.
Paid engagements are subject to a separate written engagement letter or statement of work agreed between you and Perfectly. These Terms of Service apply alongside any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the engagement letter takes precedence.
Pricing: All prices are stated in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Current pricing is set out on our website and is subject to change. Prices for active engagements are fixed for the duration agreed in your engagement letter.
Payment: Setup fees are invoiced at the start of the engagement. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
Cancellation: You may cancel a monthly service with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. We will not charge for any month after the notice period has expired.
